Dave Howlett, founder of the Real Human Being concept, and Steve Ing of ConferenceDirect will be hosting a corporate Knocking Down Silos event in Richmond on March 4. Thank you to the great people at Central1 for your generosity in making this event possible.
This is an invitation-only event designed to outline how the concept intrinsic reward can knock down silos, reduce politics and turf wars and encourage employees and association members to communicate and collaborate.
